Clean and spacious rooms, convenient location near S train. Good for business trips. Nice breakfast and bar, friendly check-in staff. Comfortable parking and nearby supermarket, pharmacy, and metro. Comfortable bed and effective air conditioning.

We had a wonderful stay at Holiday Inn. Our purpose was a city break, and we stayed for 4 nights. The location was fantastic, with easy access to the Ubahn and close to the city center. The breakfast spread was excellent, and the staff at reception were friendly and helpful. We also appreciated the option to settle our bill in both Euro cash and USD debit card, with a decent exchange rate applied. a comfortable and convenient hotel.

Actually everything was nice, my next choice again in Munich. I liked its staff and food, nice building. The room was beautifully designed on higher floors. The restaurant here was good with halal food.

The kids had a blast, and we appreciated that up to four kids aged 12 and under ate free all day. The accommodations were spacious, making it easy for families to relax and make lasting memories together. The amenities for all ages ensured that everyone in the family had a great time.

My wife says that it would be great if the hotel offered children's activities to keep the little ones entertained, giving parents some time to unwind.

The property is perfectly clean; cosy rooms; very clean bed. Savoury breakfast with variety of food, professional staff. Central location, just a pleasant stroll away from Haidhausen.

I keep coming back for the weekend. Always pleased with my stay. Staff helped with insect bite once, unforgettable. Suits me perfectly with Wi-Fi, Late check-in/out, Bar, Fitness centre. No smoking, Business centre, Lift. Always have everything I need.

Liked my FAIRLY NICE stay in Perfect Location. The staff were best, superfriendly, will be back. They offered new-fashioned and functional rooms with a nice view and Bathtube and free tea & coffee. Magnificent and favourable location, within short walking distance to Motorama.

Everything was perfect, perfect location close to the train line, the staff were accommodating. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, and the room itself was great.

The hotel's cozy and welcoming decor made me feel right at home, especially in the common areas where I could sit and relax. As a senior, I appreciated the thoughtfully placed handrails in the hallways and the spacious elevators, which made getting around the hotel much easier for me.

I would have loved to see more assistance for senior guests, perhaps in the form of dedicated staff to help with luggage and provide extra care for the older visitors.

Staff were responsive, hotel was clean, set in nice area not far from 2 stations, the city centre, the City Center of Munich. You won't be disappointed if you stay in Au-Haidhausen district.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was perfect for me as it was in the centre of the city with easy access to public transport, right above the S Bahn. The staff were wonderful and always happy to help, especially when I needed some assistance with the air conditioning in my room. Additionally, the dining restaurant had a fantastic selection of food, and the buffet breakfast was a perfect way to start the day.

To be honest, there weren't any negatives during my stay at this hotel. The staff looked like a manager there and were very helpful with my requests.

Refreshing Beers: During our stay, we had the opportunity to sample a variety of beers, each with its own unique description. From a refreshing taste reminiscent of a summer breeze to a more soothing flavor evoking moments by the fire, it was like embarking on a delightful beer-tasting adventure!

Small Rooms: The rooms provided were smaller than expected.

The location of this hotel is excellent, with easy access to the underground metro and a small mall, restaurants, and a supermarket below. The rooms are newly renovated and comfortable, with a nice design. The staff, especially Shelmith Riunge, was very helpful and accommodating. I appreciated that they allowed me to stay in the same room for both of my bookings. I had a great experience at this hotel and would recommend it.

Great location, within walking distance to the city center and a short walk from the S-Bahn station. Convenient access to a HIT Supermarket downstairs for any essentials needed. Comfortable stay with essential amenities like wifi, kettle for boiling water, and iron + ironing board.

The cleanliness of the room was not up to par, with leftover food in the mini bar and visibly dusty surfaces. Poor customer service, including being charged on a credit card without consent, having to sign up for rewards to access wifi, and receiving insufficient supplies like a dirty coffee cup and only 1 tea bag for 2 guests.

I chose this hotel for attending a workshop because it provides 18 meeting rooms offering space for up to 500 guests. The staff was attentive, the meeting room was well-equipped, and the catering service was efficient. The location near the metro station was convenient for commuting.

The only service that I missed for my work was a dedicated business center with printing and scanning facilities.

The staff at the hotel were so helpful, even when I asked them the same question five times. And the breakfast was absolutely divine, I could have eaten enough to feed a small village!

Oh, and by the way, I just loved being charged extra at check-in, it really added that special touch to my stay. How thoughtful of them!

Huge & clean hotel, its location is easy not far from S-Bahn as well as city centre. Au-Haidhausen district is worth looking into.
